There are three main sections to help you effectively manage your presence at the show and maximise your interaction with participants.

"Manage my space" section

This section gives you centralised management of your exhibitor space and visibility tools:

  • My Stand allows you to view details of your space, such as location and dimensions, and make changes if necessary.
  • Exhibitor Visibility offers options for optimising your online presence, such as customising your company details and publishing videos or content on the marketplace.
  • Badges and Invitations makes it easy to create badges for your staff and send personalised invitations to your customers.
  • Badge Readers enables you to reserve, configure and use readers to collect data on visitors interested in your stand.
  • Orders and Invoicing gives you direct access to tracking your orders (furniture, technical services, etc.) and your invoices.

Support and contact" section

A dedicated section for answering all your questions and maintaining fluid communication with the organisation:

  • My Messages contains all the messages you receive from visitors or the organising team.
  • My Notifications informs you of important deadlines, changes or new features.
  • Organiser Contacts centralises the contact details of the various departments for personalised support: technical, administrative or logistical assistance.

 

"Exhibition Guide" section

This section contains all the resources you need to prepare for your participation in the show:

  • Information and News contains the latest news about the show, important instructions and everything you need to know about the event.
  • Technical Resources gives you access to practical and technical guides, which you can download to configure and customise your space.
  • Documents to sign makes it easy to manage contracts, authorisations and other compulsory documents.
  • Communication Kit provides you with communication tools (logos, e-mail templates, banners) to promote your participation effectively.
  • Practical Information for Exhibitors provides essential details such as timetables, instructions for setting up and dismantling, and the address of the venue.
